This ball doesn't hold air. August 5, 2008
This ball doesn't hold air. I'm not sure if it oozes air from the small hole it came with or the valve. The hole is rather a thin spot (in the already thin rubber )that might of developed after sticking to itself. Not worth the money. I don't think it would pop with average weight put on it.

Sturdy and easy to use July 20, 2008
This exercise ball was easy to inflate and easy to use. It helps to do crunches without any strain on the back.br /I enjoy exercising everyday.

Not good quality July 16, 2008
When I took it out of the box, besides its extremely strong chemical odor, I noticed it seemed to have some kind of wet substance all over it that rubbed off on my hands when I touched it (the consistency of lotion). I have no idea what it was. On the plus side, it comes with a measuring tape to let you know when it is inflated enough. However, the pump that comes with it was extremely labor intensive and a lot of pumping didn't accomplish much. The smell and the wet feel of the plastic was enough for me. I'm going to buy another higher quality brand. I guess you get what you pay for!

I'm glad I added this exercise to my workout session. Don't know why I was loosing my balance, but this workout helped me regain it.

JUNK June 30, 2008
Blew up the ball according to instruction. Heard air escaping immediately. Checked over ball, and saw it had a nick/small cut in it where air was escapinging. Pressed LIGHTLY on the area to further assess, and ball tore. NEVER even got to use it. ABSOLUTE JUNK.
