br / Although I've just had this for a couple of weeks, I'm really happy with my purchase. This certainly isn't the usual weight loss book. This is a workbook that comes with two CD's and just the CDs alone would be worth the price. They are excellent. The voice on the CDs is so soothing and the journeys she takes you on are wonderful and very vivid. The workbook exercises and the CDs work together to help you connect with the deeper issues behind your behavior. It's working for me anyway, I've lost a couple of pounds and I'm not even "dieting." I just feel like taking better care of myself. I'd definitely recommend this book if you think emotional issues might be responsible for your weight.br /
