4 out of 5 stars great book!   November 21, 2008

I really love this book! it is very informative and give you ideasof how to get to know yourself better and anilize your life from the begining. However I found that the author talks too much about himself and his childhood memories and experience. I would of preffer to have some more clear techniques to help me find my answers, not the author ones, and then by his try to find mine...that was kind of weird!

This is an excellent book to help you understand how your childhood memories effect your life today. Looking at the memories that stand out the most reveals aspects of your personality that help you understand why you do what you do, and also helps to look at if where you are is the best for you. Very well written book.
