5 out of 5 stars Child Wise Series   December 4, 2008
All of these books are phenomenally Biblically based, using wisdom, discernment, and good sense. We have used the books from Baby Wise to Teen Wise (and their classroom versions) for all of our children and have found them to be exactly what we needed in a no-nonsense manner that really reached the hearts of our children. Anyone can get their child to behave - it's reaching their hearts that is the key. These books help you get to that exact place. Top read that no parent should live without.

This book was just in time for our family! It's great to not have to be caught off guard by the changes that our Eight-year-old is heading into. We would highly recommend.

very good advice and easy to apply to ones life. Common sense stuff plus gives you the tools to implement behavioral changes and make the family life less stressful. One of the things I enjoyed was feeding time and nap time being set by an internal clock. The time to eat and sleep is set by the parent and the child will eventuall fall into that pattern. So when my son was little I would tickle his feet to keep him awake, so he didn't just snack and nap but eat a full meal ([...] fed) and he slept thru the whole night and didn't wake up wanting food. It works and the other books are just as great.br /br /

Gary Ezzo is not qualified to give parenting advice. He has been discredited over and over, and dropped by his publishser. He continues to publish these on his own. Look up Gary Ezzo on the internet for the critiques of this material. Don't do this to your children!
