I got this book for my wife for her birthday (she asked me for it). We now have lots of tasty greens with our meals and it is different every time. We both are really enjoying the results of the book's ideas. Thanks!

5 out of 5 stars indispensable guide to greens and my #1 cookbook   November 4, 2008
This smart cooking book stays on my kitchen shelf and I use it every day. You cannot find a better reference to green leafy vegetables. I have cooked about half of the recipes, and they are all great! I cannot wait to try more greens, and this book really inspires me. Buy it to improve your and your family's health and to become a better cook.br /br /
