5 out of 5 stars Loved 'IT'   December 16, 2008
Craig is on the cutting edge of where the church is today. He has a clue!

5 out of 5 stars You need IT   December 16, 2008
Not just the book, you, we all, need IT. Groeschel's ability to talk about IT and bring some pretty abstract ideas to the forefront is great. An important read for anyone in the church, especially the leaders.

4 out of 5 stars A Motivational Read for a Discouraged Preacher   December 8, 2008
This is a motivational book about leadership and development in the church. The author is Craig Groeschel who planted the LifeChurch.TV. This was an successful plant in the Oklahoma City area. He is more of an emergent church leader and author. The book does not bring new insights into church leadership but the book does provide overwhelming motivation to reach out into the world for Christ. The book provides some practical reminders of the need for team work, humility, vision, trust, and passion for Christ. The book is a easy read which will motive the reader during some down time in the day. The stories in the book are excellent and Craig is honest in his approach to ministry. He talks about the ups and downs of leading a congregation. His book "Confessions of a Pastors" was excellent too. This book will provide the discouraged preacher some encouragement to continue to be aggressive in reaching souls within the community. For light read, during a dark week, this book will help. And maybe at the end of the book you will discover what "IT" real is.

5 out of 5 stars Great book. A must read!   November 23, 2008
This book came very quickly, in less than a week I believe. I read this book in one week and loved it! There are awesome truths that will change the way you look at church leadership and the IT factor in churches. I have been greatly influenced by the topics in this book and recommend it without a doubt. Within a few weeks after reading the book the concepts continue to come to mind as real life issues present themselves in the area of church ministry.

5 out of 5 stars Couldn't put it down...   November 11, 2008
I could barely put this book down! I am a pastor, and it has really excited me about bringing people to Jesus. I ordered multiple copies, and it has been making its way through our church. No one keeps the book for more than a week, and when they bring it back for the next person to read "It," it quickly becomes apparent that they have caught "It" and there's no going back! It is transforming the culture of our church from one that was okay with the status quo to a people who are excited about seeing people come to Christ. We have a vision and we will not let anything stand in our way!
