5 out of 5 stars Right on!!   January 6, 2009
This book is funny and right on! Dr. Leman describes each of us and where we fit in our family. I know it's 100%, but there are a lot of truths. Excellent read, easy to read, and fun to look up your siblings and friends!

5 out of 5 stars Fascinating book!   January 6, 2009

5 out of 5 stars The Birth Order Book: Why You Are the Way You Are   December 13, 2008
br /Kevin Leman has a writing style that makes you feel he is sitting right next to you chatting. With his real-life experiences intertwined with information on each birth order, he keeps the reader's interest. I felt like I was reading communication from a friend. Very enjoyable.

5 out of 5 stars Very Insightful Information   November 11, 2008
Kevin Leman is an excellent author and this book is proof of that. It helps you make so much sense of not just yourself but all those around you. Also, there were many concepts he shared that I had never even thought of in birth order. Overall, it is a great book and I highly recommend it!

4 out of 5 stars Helpful for parents   August 31, 2008
This book was recommended to me and I enjoyed it reading it. The book is helpful in understanding some of the differences between siblings and more importantly, helping parents accept the differences. Whenever I read a book about children and parenting I always wonder why it isn't a required course in High School. One word of caution, after reading this book I have been constantly guessing the birth order of everyone I meet!br /br /While I liked the book, I thought the author spent too much time defending his theories and trying to sell his other books.
