This is the battery that should come with your video camera by default.br /br /What do you do if you want to record events that last longer than 1.5 hours ? You upgrade the battery, right. br /br /The BP-827 (4.5h) is not easy available yet everywhere so the BP-819 becomes the only choice.br /br /It can last close to 3h and thats enough to capture most events.br /(Fireworks, school event of your kid, concerts, theatre etc.).br /br /With the external charger the battery is charged in roughly the same time (3h) with the cameras included charger its taking 4h.br /br /

With this battery, you can almost utilize your full memory capacity of the Canon HF10 in High Def! Well worth the $.
