I have good results using Kinesio tape. I have rotator cup tendinitis and for now I can use my shoulder, workout lightly with less pain using the tape which so far has been my best treatment.

I'd hurt my knee stumbling off a sidewalk curb about 4 yrs prior to trying this product. I had been to the doctors and therapists multiple times, but they couldn't find a way to relieve the chronic pain that the injury had produced. During one session at the therapist, my usual therapist was on vacation, and I got his stand-in. She looked at my records, and then asked if I'd ever tried Kenesio tape. I'd not. She gave me a sample and showed me how to wrap my knee. I bought this stuff and within 4 weeks the pain was completely gone. About 2X per year I tend to do something to aggravate the knee, the pain comes back, I put the kenesio tape on, and within a couple of days it's gone again. I swear by this stuff.

while this id good.. i found ROCKTAPE www.rocktape.com to be infinitely better. it's stickier, stretchier, the company is much more accessible and friendly. They also have a lot of really cool colors. Who cares if k tape pays keri walsh to wear their tape... I've seen way more elite runners, cyclist, and triathletes using ROCKTAPE. K Tape is old school... i encourage everyone to at least give ROCKtape a try as a comparison.

I am an avid soccer player, often playing 3-4 times a week. After laterally tearing my Achilles tendon in several places a year ago I was desperate to get back to playing. After months of physical therapy, and a serious stretching routine, I was able to return to the field, but not without constant pain, and there was no way I could play more than once or twice a week. I had read about Kinesio Tape in Runner's World magazine and after talking with some other soccer players who used it for Achilles injuries decided to give it a try. This tape is amazing! I use it every time I play and am back to playing 4 times a week, with no pain at all. Seriously this tape works like magic, its super comfortable to wear, you don't even feel it on your skin. It is also very simple to apply yourself at home in just a few minutes. I would recommend this tape to anyone with a healed Achilles injury looking to get back into action.
