KANGAROO 324 Enteral Feeding Pump The KANGAROO 324 Enteral Feeding Pump is designed to infuse a regulated flow of nutritional formula into patients who lack the desire to eat or are unable to adequately take in oral nutrition. The KANGAROO 324 Enteral Feeding Pump is generally used in any setting where safety alarms and nursing features are desired. The pump provides accurate volumetric delivery with easy to use touch panel controls. For safety the KANGAROO 324 Enteral Feeding Pump includes an overinfusion safeguard and both audio and visual alarms. Features and Benefits: Accurate volumetric delivery - Ensures the patient receives the prescribed nutrition. Ability to preset dose (volume) to be delivered (VTBD) - Allows for intermittent or bolus feeding. Overinfusion safeguard - Prevents the free flow of nutrition into the patient. Touch panel controls - For ease of use. Volume totalizer with separate volume clear button - For the easy recording of data. High visibility LED display - For easy reading and recording of data. Audio and visual alarms with variable alarm volume control. A new battery, when fully charged, will operate for approximately 16 hours at 125 ml per hour. Built-in pole clamp. The pump will retain its settings for up to 24 hours when the AC setting is used. If the battery is used, the pump will retain its settings for up to 16 hours.
