Good-bye swollen ankles, hello comfort January 19, 2008

I often spend all day on my feet on a concrete surface and have suffered from swollen ankles and calves in the past. Thankfully, my doctor could find nothing significantly wrong and suggested that support hose would help. They do and this particular pair of socks is the best I've found yet. They stay up, they last through a lot of washings, and they don't get holes in them even when worn with steel-toe safety shoes. My ankles don't swell and my feet feel great. I'm sure I'm healthier because of the improved blood flow. These are also very helpful when flying to prevent swollen legs and promote good blood flow. If you haven't tried support hose but have been thinking about it, this is a good place to start. If you've tried support hose and haven't been all that satisfied, you might want to give this brand a try.
