Ingredients: Kinesio Taping® alleviates pain and facilitates lymphatic drainage by microscopically lifting the skin. The taped portion forms convolutions in the skin, thus increasing interstitial space. The result is that pressure and irritation are taken off the neural and sensory receptors, alleviating pain. Pressure is gradually taken off the lymphatic system, allowing it to channel more freely

4 out of 5 stars fairly effective   June 11, 2009

Most of the tape held on for about a week. Some of it on the back started to come up during the night potential because of perspiration. Many of the ends needed to be tacked down with scrap pieces to be secured throughout the week. However, due to the various strategies we employed to use this tape for pain management therapy, we used nearly the whole roll at a time and most of it stayed right where we put it. We will be repurchasing.

I have used the blue and beige tape for five years. I will buy the red now.

5 out of 5 stars MY PHYSICAL THERAPIST RECOMMENDED   March 17, 2009

I sprained my right ankle (on top of having plantar fasciitis). This tape is a lot less restricting and encourages movement of the injured parts. I'm glad it's available for the public to purchase and comes in a choice of colors. It's also relatively waterproof. It should also help me in dance. Great Invention!

5 out of 5 stars Kinesio Tex Tape   March 10, 2009

My husband has a shoulder problem and has been receiving OCC. therapy for months. They have started taping his shoulder and have shown me how to do it between visits. This tape has worked great, it's the same brand as the therapist uses and we are pleased with the way it works.
Thanks.

4 out of 5 stars Red Tape   February 28, 2009
Thomas W. Pross (Odenton, MD)
My friend had used other tapes before this tape was recommended by a Physical Therapist, after she had used it on a knee which was receiving treatment. It worked so well --- stayed in place even though it was in an awkward position, where the knee was being bent; it withstood at least one shower -- dried easily afterwards and still kept supporting or "pulling over" the knee cap, which had been injured in a fall.
