Customer Reviews: It's ok September 21, 2009 Kimberly Martin (USA) Overall it's a great product. However - the top curves inward and pushes against the shoulders. Product may not work well for someone with wide shoulders. The lumbar support is great though. Cover too thin August 23, 2009 . (McHenry, IL USA) I like this product, but also had to reposition it often. The worst feature is the thin cover which wore a hole on the door side of my car. This item is too expensive for the cover to wear out that quickly. The side handles and elastic strap to hold it to the car seat are good and useful. Also, I do like the pump feature a lot. But the cover needs to be manufactured with a better material and is not under a warranty. Smith (USA) I recently bought a new Honda Civic and found that the headrests angle too far forward and were causing my neck to ache. I bought this backrest to move me forward enough in the seat so the headrest wouldn't cause problems any more. At first, the backrest was really uncomfortable on my lower back, no matter how much or how little I inflated it. Now that my back is used to it (after about 3 weeks of use), it's working well. The only problem is that I have to reposition it each time I get into the car. Pretty nice backrest February 9, 2008 T. Shiurba (Friday Harbor Washington) I purchased this product to support my lower back in the chair that I use at my computer. It is supportive and I like the way it is shaped. However, the pump that is supposed to inflate the lower back area doesn't work very easily. I have a hard time pumping it up with my thumb and forefingers like the instructions say. And once it's pumped up, it seems slightly uneven. I do like the curvature that hugs my sides. All in all, I give it three stars.
