Customer Reviews: Iliotibial band knee pain September 7, 2009 Red Fox (Denver, CO) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful I have to admit that I was a little skeptical when trying this product but so far it has relieved my knee pain when running. Before I couldn't even run a mile before developing outside knee pain. Now I can run 1-2 miles with no knee pain and building on that mileage weekly. I have to admit that this product appears to relieve outside knee pain caused by the iliotibial band rubbing on the outside of the knee. So far so good with me!
