Teeter hang ups F7000 July 27, 2008
I read all the reviews for this table here on amazon. I don't think I ever saw so many 4/5 star reviews for any product on amazon. In fact there is not even a 1,2 or 3 star rating for it. Now I know why. It is amazing. I have had lower back pain for years now. I had an mri done 3 years ago, they say I have disc degeneration. My dr. gives me celebrex for this, which helps, but I do not want to take these pills every day for ever. I got right on the table, did it for 15 mins at a 60 degree incline. I felt my back stretching right away. I got off the table, and the pain was gone! I am so used to walking hunched over that I now have to keep reminding myself not to as the pain has gone. I just got this table today, so I know the pain is not gone for good. But it is a start, a great one at that! I will use the table 2 times a day, for 15 mins each time. I sit a lot bedhind a computer all day, so that adds a lot of stress to my back. I have been sitting now for about 1 hour and my back still does not hurt, it's amazing. If you have lower back pain, get an inversion table, doesn't have to be this one, but get one! I just wanted a good quality well built one, which this is! Costs a little more that the other ones, but I want good quality when I am hanging upside down, wouldn't you?

Feel it work and enjoy July 13, 2008
Bought the Hang Up more as preventive than medicanal. Had to build up to complete inversion. Hanhg there for a few minutes and feel your back 'expand'. Side benefit is additional blood circulation to brain if you can get past that cloudy feeling. You'll feel great with a few minutes a day. I RECOMMEND IT. Ejnoy it.

Teeter Hang Ups Worth every penny June 22, 2008
I had a tremendously positive experience with this product. First off, the product itself is well built, not flimsy at all. You will not be disappointed there.br /Assembly is easy, and should not take you 15 to 30 minutes. I did not even need to look at the DVD to put it together.br /Now, on to results! I had a back problem I was treating for 4 months with physical therapy, drugs like Celebrex, and other things my doctors had me trying. The problem was not even close to resolved, and I had a vacation coming up in 3 weeks. Out of desperation, I decided to give the Teeter a try. 24 hours and 2 inversion sessions on the Teeter later, my back pain was gone. Gone! It's been a month now, and the pain has never come back. I made it through my vacation with flying colors, and survived a week without the Teeter fine, proving to me that it was helping me heal. I use the Teeter almost every day. I had a car accident 14 years ago, and I have had back issues ever since. The Teeter now has my back feeling the way it did before the accident. I have resumed activities (basketball, volleyball) I gave up years ago. Obviously Inversion Therapy is an effective way to treat some back problems like mine, and the Teeter has proven itself to me in dramatic fashion.

Teeter F7000 May 22, 2008
I have just started using this product. It was easy to set up and is very sturdy. The instructions are good and I've found using it to be very easy. I suspect if it can help my back condition, it will take a while.
