First of all, avoid eating, smoking, and exercising for at least 30 minutes before taking a measurement. Remove tight-fitting clothing from your upper arm, and sit in a chair with your feet flat on the floor. Slide your left arm through the cuff and position the cuff approximately 0.5-inches above the elbow. On the cuff you'll notice a green marker; position this marker directly over the artery on the inside of your arm. Next, secure the cuff with the Velcro material. The cuff should make direct contact with your skin, but you should be able to easily fit your index finger between the cuff and your arm.p Place your arm on a table so that the cuff is positioned at the same level as your heart. Substantial Value May 31, 2008
This blood pressure monitor is virtually foolproof to use. It's especially useful to those of us whose hearing is not what it once was as no stethescope is necessary. Plus, the versatility of AC or battery operation makes this a terrific health care appliance.

This is a nice device and consistently accurate. I have not used the available memory feature on this device. The nylon carrying case is the perfect size to tuck away after use. Overall a great device for the price.

Had a conventional type monitor and decided to try the auto-inflate type. Am well pleased with the unit and how it performs. For the money, it is a good value.

The product is giving varied results each time you are checking your Blood Pressure. Also, the adaptor is not working, so I had to purchase a new one.br /br /Think twice before purchasing this product.
