Faulty product November 22, 2008
I purchased a Mark of Fitness digital blood pressure monitor, and when I received it, the unit was faulty. I called customer srvice and they were very good about allowing me to return the product. I received my refund plus postage in a short time. Thanks to customer service department. I make several purchases a year and this one was the first return. Amazon is a good site to use for any purchases needed. Thanks again.

The cuff is too small September 29, 2008
That cuff is made for regular people, who often don't have blood pressure problems. The cuff comes off in the middle of a test, and it's really a pain to use. I need help to keep the cuff on to get an accurate reading. I wish I'd looked closer and gotten one with a more comfortable cuff.

This is a very nice product and is available at a very reasonable price. I purchased this one around an year back and now again. It works perfectly well. It is perfectly reasonable as compared to other automatic inflating BP monitors which are well over $70 (double the price of this meter).br /br /I highly recommend this product.

This item is useless. Readings are inaccurate and frightening if you have high blood pressure already. I purchased this for my husband to monitor his high blood pressure and the readings were all over the place and not once was it accurate. He took it with him on his most recent Dr's visit to ask the Dr. if he was using it correctly and the Dr. said it was a useless piece of junk and to throw it away. Need I say more ? Don't waste your money.
