This has long become THE source of guidelines for antimicrobial treaments, yet small enough to fit in a white coat pocket. It is a little bigger and heavier this year. But, what can we say: there are more necessary information. I'd rather have a bigger book than dealing with smaller characters. Must have October 22, 2009 F. It takes a minute to get used to if you've never used it, but once you do, you won't go to work without it! I think the Tarascon Pharmacopia book is better to have if I had to choose one pocket guide. EVerything else, I use my PDA for. Gives alternatives for patients with allergies. I've been using this for 20 years and still appreciate its concise, reliable information.
