Customer Reviews: Susan - cosmetic derm nurse October 27, 2009 Susan Schaffer I have been a cosmetic dermatology nurse for 10 years, and I have found this book incredibly helpful. I use it constantly to educate patients on their treatments. I found the explanations and the diagrams to be an essential part of our initial consultation. I highly recommend this book for anyone, nurse, aesthetician, or MD in the cosmetic field! This is THE BOOK for anyone in the skin care field ! August 31, 2009 Robyn L. As a skin care instructor I used her book all the time to teach my students. Now, I have another resource with this new book. Dr Baumann breaks things down so clearly that it is not intimidating in any way. It is not your usual text book either. I am always finding new answers to questions I have had as well as my students. The skin care industry is so fluid, if you do NOT know your stuff, you will not be successful.
