Product Description
In 1984, Judy Fisher was a happily married mother of seven children and six grandchildren. Her youngest child, Tammy, was the only child living at home. Life was wonderful, full of family togetherness and much joy. The Fisher family had just moved to Judy's hometown so she could be near her mother. Life was good. On May 13, Judy's world was shattered by the sudden death of her youngest daughter. Tammy was with friends, when the pick-up truck she was riding in left the road and overturned into a water-filled ditch. Pinned inside the truck, Tammy's life was taken. She would never come home. alive. Judy would never be the same and her search for answers to the mysteries of life and death began that day - her daughter's spirit would lead her into a world previously unknown to her. Judy Fisher Broome is well-known for her work with spirits - connecting loved ones across the thin veil that separates them and bringing to our world verification of a continued existence beyond death. In HEAVEN ON EARTH Judy shares the new wisdom of our purpose on Earth and the learning that grows our soul. Heaven on Earth Judy opens another world for us all to see. Through all her pain she opens up and shares herself. You will laugh and you will cry. This book helps you to understand without lecturing. It's almost like sitting next to her and hearing her story. I recommend this book to anyone who has lost someone or to anyone who wants to understand what's next.

5 out of 5 stars Judy Fisher sees Heaven on Earth through her Daughter's Death   September 10, 2008
1 out of 1 found this review helpful

In Heaven on Earth, Fisher describes how Tammy, her youngest daughter was killed when a truck she was riding in flipped into a ditch. What followed was the unfolding of the author's grief and subsequent metamorphosis. While each chapter can stand alone, when pieced together the pages meticulously chronicle each step of Judy Fisher's search to find deeper meaning in the tragic loss of her fifteen year-old child.br /br /Judy articulates a great depth of wisdom that she has gained over the nearly twenty-five years that have passed since her daughter's death. In that time, she has discovered her purpose on Earth and therefore seems to naturally attract people who are seeking the same answers she sought years ago. Readers will witness how the years of study and reflection following the death of her daughter changed the voice of the writer from the beginning of the book to the ending, the pain described at the beginning of the book fading into chapter after chapter of empowering truths. The larger truths that appear in this book include lessons that speak to the prevalent human desire for freedom from fear, loss, and grief. Acceptance, self-knowledge, and finding purpose are just a few chapters that inspire readers to see the greater lessons in all suffering and to seek their highest potential.br /br /"Everyone that is affected by change will learn some type of lesson," Fisher writes. "There are many lessons to be learned...One such lesson could be to be kinder, to love more, to share more, and so forth.br /br /"...You will learn to replace fears, doubts and worries with faith and trust. If you feel you failed, it is not a true feeling. You cannot fail--only learn!"

4 out of 5 stars heaven on earth   August 17, 2008
Heaven on Earth is a must read. It is a spiritual delight that helpsbr /you see your light. From overcoming the grieve of a loves one's deathbr /to coping with everyday delimmas. It is written for anyone to comprehendbr /and offers a much needed refreshing spiritual insight. It is essentialbr /for the bedside table. The only problem with the book is that you are br /going to want more from Mrs. Judy Fisher.

5 out of 5 stars Important Life Lessons   August 17, 2008

In her book, Heaven on Earth, Judy Fisher is able to take you through her own personal tragedy (the death of her youngest daughter Tammy, and later her other daughter, Debbie) and demonstrate her ability to climb out of the darkness to a place where her life was transformed. Through the pain she developed wisdom beyond what most can imagine. The information she conveys provides important tools for anyone, regardless of life experience, to handle the challenges of life. One of my favorite expressions of Judy's is, "What you think of me is none of my business!" That is a lesson that just yesterday I was teaching to my 6 year old son as he navigates, as we all did, the difficulties of childhood. I also found valuable her insights regarding the control we try to exercise over our lives. I know you will find yourself re-reading this book throughout your life.
