4 out of 5 stars Body, Breath, and Consciousness: A somatics anthology   January 28, 2008

BBC is one of the only titles in English that covers the emerging modality of Bodynamic developed by Lisbeth Marcher. For those interested in trauma, especially developmental trauma this is a good start to an important therapeutic approach. Other modalities are covered including articles by Peter A. Levine Ph.D. developer of Somatic Experiencing.
