Customer Reviews:
4 out of 5 stars A MUST for Pennsylvania Non-Profits   October 21, 1998
This book contains everything that you need to know to start a non-profit organization in Pennsylvania. The current edition, 1997-98, contains information on incorporating in PA, PA charitible solicitation laws, qualifications for income, sales, and property tax exemptions, and many other items. If there is a negative, it is the political commentary which detracts from the books value.
