Product Description
No alternative to glasses or contact lenses? Improve your vision by looking at the psychology behind the process of seeing! We do not only see through our eyes but with our whole being: What appears in our vision is translated through the knowledge of our brain into what and how clearly we actually see it. This knowledge of our world and how we stand in it is the reality we create ourselves—a reality we are able to change if we choose to.

5 out of 5 stars I was very skeptical, but I have to admit that it works   July 17, 2006

Using the power of our mind and the psychology behind the process of seeing, the author provides alternative methods for improving vision. Through affirmations and a group of exercises and the end of each chapter, you will help guide your conscious in order to gradually improve your vision. Everyone progresses at different paces, but the changes will amaze you.

No matter if you have myopia, astigmatism, long-sightedness, glaucoma, cataracts, or any other visual deficiency; in this book you will find a detailed description for you affection.

The author describes how every vision affection is related to a special mind state. By training the mind and the conscious a person can significantly improved his vision by relearning how to see.

Maybe is all psychological, but in my case I used prescription glasses since I was a kid. I am 38 now, and in all this time my eyesight had never improved, until now.

I don't know exactly how is this physically possible buy after performing the eyes therapy described as exercises at the end of each chapter I can even read and drive without glasses.

There are other two good books with similar techniques on eyes therapy:
- Improve Your Vision Without Glasses or Contact Lenses by Steven M. Beresford, David W. Muris, Merril J. Allen, and Francis A. Young.
- The Program for Better Vision: How to See Better in Minutes a Day Without Glasses or Contacts! by Martin Sussman

This book is very well done. You will not only find classical eyes exercices but Sir Brofman explainsthe reasons why we are using glasses. That was a very nice but surprising discovery for me.
It also contains programms fit for different kind of needs and motivation. I like very much the way the author wrote that book.
I red it about 8 months ago and my vision greatly improved.
