Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
The classic bestseller that has helped nearly a million women discover the answer to menopause is now revised and updated. Hot flashes, night sweats, weight gain, low sex drive, hair loss, fibroids, and osteoporosis-most women will experience these or other hormone- related problems at some point as they age. In clear, easy-to-understand language, an internationally recognized expert explains the benefits of using progesterone and other natural hormones to reduce or eliminate menopausal symptoms safely and effectively-without the harmful side effects created by commonly used synthetic hormone replacement therapy (HRT). Dr. Lee explains why conventional HRT drugs can be harmful and offers an easy-to-follow non-prescription 'Hormone Balance' program that tells readers how to stay energized, strong, and sexually vigorous during the menopausal years and beyond.

5 out of 5 stars fantastic book   September 30, 2008
Even though this book is older, I found a lot of useful information and great insights. I strongly recommend this book.

5 out of 5 stars Ladies learn about your hormones   September 23, 2008
Could write volumns on how this book has helped me. I am an estrogen positive, stage IV, breast cancer survivor. My markers were up and 2/16 ratio for bad estrogen was off the charts it was so high. In coordination with my compounding pharmacist and OB/GYN, we used progesterone to lower the estrogen dominance and bring my markers back down. I learned about progesterone and it's many benefits from this book. The information lead to regimen that "saved my life". br /

5 out of 5 stars Has helped me and changed my way of looking at menopause and my body   August 31, 2008
This book and "What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Premenopause", have helped me so much to know what is going on with me and my body and to assist me in finding ways to help myself. Topical, natural Progesterone has been a life saver, no more hot flashes or night sweats, and it is helping my mood to stabilize. His books explain the difference between natural and 'man made' and how the chemical composition needs to be the same chemical composition as created by our bodies. I refer back to both of these books often and have been taking vitamins and supplements. I have found these to be a wealth of wisdom.br /
