5 out of 5 stars The best of the best!   November 16, 2009
Candace (St. Louis, MO)
I really like this study aid because it was in outline form, which made it quick and easy to read. If you know there is a certain topic that you need to brush up on you can look at the Table of Contents and flip to the exact subject you need easily because it is well organized.

Additionally, the Exam Strategies are really helpful because they are little hints to remember. It reminds you to keep in mind something that is particularly tricky or special about a rule or subject matter.

This helped me learn the subject of property because it allowed me to supplement my class notes and fill in any holes that I had. It was easy to read and follow which made it extremely beneficial.

4 out of 5 stars Awesome Study Guide   September 12, 2009
Langara (Arizona)
I bought this book as part of the The First Year Program which contains a total of five outlines (Civil Procedure, Contracts, Criminal Law, Property, and Torts), plus Gilbert's Dictionary of Legal Terms and Gilbert's 8 Secrets of Top Exam Performance in Law School by Charles Whitebread. It got me through my first year of law school and I highly recommend them to all first year law students.

5 out of 5 stars Excellent supplement if you are using Krier's textbook   April 26, 2009
A. Lynch (San Francisco)
If you're using the Dukeminer, Krier, Alexander, Schill "Property" textbook, this supplement is a MUST. It explains everything incredibly clearly, and in the same order/structure as the book. So far, this has been the most useful Gilbert book I have purchased!! It has also made outlining incredibly easy. The only drawback of Gilbert in general is the books do not include very many pratice problems. In Property especially you need to practice applying the rules in Estates, Rule of Perpetuities, Real Covenents, etc. But for learning the rules, this book is outstanding.

5 out of 5 stars Would buy from this person again   March 18, 2009

The book matched the description and was delivered within a week. I def recommend this seller and would buy from them again in the future.

I would not have passed Property without this book. Period. Recommended to every 1L.
